If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy.

Change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refunds including shipping costs.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to AWKN, accessible from https://www.theawkn.com
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

At AWKN, we believe in creating supplements that stand above the rest.

We’re confident in the quality of our products that we offer an exceptional guarantee. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your AWKN order, simply return the product within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll issue a refund.

Just contact our Customer Success Team at orders@theawkn.com and ask for our Refund Request Form. After you have filled in the Refund Request Form please share it with our Customer Success Team for review. Then we will then inform you by email how and to which address you must return the product in order to receive your refund. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the product to us. Your return must be traceable by the carrier to the return address communicated by us using a tracking number. You must provide us with the tracking number immediately after dispatch by email. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund quickly, because your satisfaction is what matters most to us. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, we are unable to process the refund or reimburse the return shipping cost.

Please note that we cannot reimburse the original purchase shipping cost. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible of us receiving the returned product. Our 14-days money-back guarantee policy only applies to the first full price purchase and can only be claimed once per customer. Special discounted offers are excluded from the money-back guarantee. Subscription orders and orders made using discount codes are not eligible for our 14-day money-back guarantee policy.

All complimentary items such as merch, cup, other samples are non-refundable.

Orders that are past the 14 days of receipt are not eligible for a refund. This policy is only applicable to products ordered from our website(www.theawkn.com) only. We reserve the right to deny a refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine in our sole discretion that our money-back guarantee policy is being abused.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items


We strive to get it right every time. We apologize in advance if you received a product that did not meet our stringent quality standards or was not the product you ordered. In this case, please contact Customer Success Team at orders@theawkn.com within ten days of receipt of your product and we will arrange for a replacement for you at no additional cost to you. Please note, damage to the outer packaging during transport does not constitute as defective.

Shipping and Customs


TESUUM LTD will have no responsibility or liability in connection with the foregoing. Moreover, if you fail to pay any Duties and Taxes without reasonable reason, causing the liability to fall on us, the carrier or any third party (including the Brand), the amount of such Duties and Taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.


Lost Parcels After Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier’s tracking system, we are no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of the parcel. In such cases, we are unable to issue a full refund or replacement. If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management to see if they received the package on your behalf.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.
  • If necessary, file a report with your local authorities for stolen property.
Incorrect, Defective, or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect, defective, or incomplete address submitted at checkout.

A shipping address will be considered incorrect, defective, or incomplete if our system—either through Shopify or the shipping carrier—flags it as such, or if the package is deemed undeliverable due to address errors. In such cases:

  • If the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, we can issue a refund minus any incurred shipping fees and restocking charges.
  • If the parcel is not returned to us and is deemed lost due to an incorrect, defective, or incomplete address, we will not be able to issue a refund.
