Welcome to AWKN's Subscription Plan! We're thrilled you've chosen to join us. This guide explains how our subscription works and what you can expect from us.

How Our Subscription Plan Works
Our Subscription Plan gives you discounted prices on AWKN products through automatic recurring orders. Here's what you need to know:
The Two-Order Commitment: To qualify for subscription discounts, you agree to complete at least two orders. This helps us offer you better prices while covering our costs.
Your Responsibilities:
Keep your shipping address current in your account
Maintain a valid payment method for at least two orders

Managing Your Account
Shipping Address
Please keep your shipping address up-to-date in your account portal. After you subscribe, we'll send you a confirmation email with a link to update your details before we process your orders.
Important: Once we hand your order to our shipping carrier (and you receive a tracking number), we consider delivery complete. We can't offer refunds or replacements if packages are delivered to an old or incorrect address you haven't updated.
Payment Method
Make sure your payment method stays valid for at least your first two orders. If you remove or change your payment method before completing both orders, we may need to contact your bank to collect payment, and we'll notify you by email or post if this happens.
What Happens If You Don't Complete Two Orders?
If you disconnect your payment method or don't complete the minimum two orders, here's what we may do:
Contact Your Bank: We're authorized to reach out to your payment provider to collect outstanding payments (following UK GDPR rules)
Send a Payment Notice: We'll give you 14 days written notice to make payment
Charge Full Price: We may charge the regular (non-discounted) price for your remaining orders
Legal Action: In serious cases, we may take legal action through Small Claims Court
Account Restrictions: We may temporarily limit your account access
Dispute Chargebacks: If you dispute charges, we'll provide evidence of your agreement to these terms
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime after completing your two-order minimum! Simply:

Email us at orders@theawkn.com before your next order processes
Note: Cancelling early doesn't remove your obligation to pay for the second order if you haven't completed it yet.
Changes to These Terms
If we need to update these terms, we'll give you 7 days' notice via email or a website announcement. Continuing to use your subscription after changes means you accept the new terms.
Your Consumer Rights
We comply with UK consumer protection laws, including:
Consumer Rights Act 2015: Our liability is limited to your order value
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: You have clear information about our service
14-Day Cancellation Right: You can cancel within 14 days, subject to the two-order commitment
UK GDPR: We handle your data responsibly
